The return/ refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Standard delivery via Royal Mail or alternative courier. Depending on the day and time of the order, please allow up to 5 days for your parcel to arrive. Most orders are however dispatched within 24-48 hrs.
